Farming & University Research Group Stewardship

My name is Dr. Angie Little. I split my time across farming here in Chicago and working remotely for Michigan State University. My work at Michigan State is for a physics education research group there. I love using spreadsheets, white boards, and my listening skills to support our team members to move toward their goals. I facilitate discussions on the ethics of organizational structures and grant research. I think about how to build and maintain thoughtful partnerships. I see project management as critical to supporting all members of an organization to have the space to dream about how to improve themselves, their organization, and their communities.
